Senior members of our management staff have become LEED™ accredited professionals and many of our associates are affiliated with various environmental and natural resource preservation organizations, both locally and nationally.

We strive to implement sustainable construction methodologies on projects that incorporate energy efficiency, minimal waste and reduce consumption of natural resources whenever possible. We are the construction manager for the largest green mixed-use/residential redevelopment in the nation: the conversion of the 1.3 million square foot former Wood Mill in Lawrence, MA into Monarch-on-the-Merrimack.

Additionally, we have collaborated on the award-winning Viega USA project with architect, Spagnolo Gisness & Associates. The New England Chapter of the International Interior Design Association recognized this project as the award-winner of "Best Sustainable Design". The Viega USA training facility was also recognized as a model for teamwork.
