At JCA we are committed to using technology to ultimately make a project more efficient and effective for our clients. As such, all of our superintendents can be reached quickly as they all have their own cell phones, digital cameras, laptop computers and Wireless Internet service. The backbone of our project management system is the online based, real time software program called Constructware from Autodesk.
JCA has and continues to make significant investments in new technologies to ensure that we continue to be leaders in our market. As part of this initiative, we have invested in both Revit and Navisworks and implementation and training is constantly on going. We have leveraged our strategic alliance with Autodesk to expand the presence of these BIM construction tools in our region and marketplace.
As experts in Constructware, JCA is poised and ready to transition to this new way of working collaboratively using a model created from consistent, reliable design information since Constructware and BIM work hand in hand.
By utilizing BIM technology, JCA can easily analyze digital design information and documentation. This analysis allows us to more accurately review performance, appearance and prevent costly coordination issues in the field. With BIM, JCA can deliver the project faster, more cost-efficiently and potentially reduce environmental impact.
