Senior Estimator/MEP Specialist

As the Senior Estimator/MEP Specialist of J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. Stephen offers over twenty-five years of construction industry experience. He is ultimately responsible for advancing JC&A's ability to deliver superior MEP services to our clients. Stephen not only provides our clients with upfront preconstruction expertise, but is involved with all stages of the project from procurement throughout construction.

Stephen has worked across many sectors and has extensive experience in the private school, healthcare, and life sciences arenas. Some of his impressive clients include Brown University, Emmanuel College and Northeastern University in the private school sector; Lahey Clinic, Mount Auburn Hospital, Milton Hospital and Beth Israel Hospital in the healthcare sector and AVEO Pharmaceuticals and Astra Zeneca in the life sciences sector to name a few.

Stephen is a graduate of the Pipefitters Boston Local Union 537, has completed several Project Management Courses at the University of Texas and is currently participating in Boston College's Continuing Education program. He is also member of Babson College's Advanced Leadership Institute.
