Brian Healy
Project Executive

As Project Executive of J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Brian offers nearly thirty years of construction industry experience. He is responsible for the overall management and coordination of a project from preliminary planning through completion and final occupancy. His responsibilities include supervision of staff and subcontractors, trade coordination, logistics and safety planning, subcontractor buy-out contract negotiation, requisition review and approval, financial status reports, budget reports, quality control and client satisfaction.

Brian is a Civil Engineering graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. His professional experience encompasses extensive involvement and experience in advanced planning, preconstruction and construction services in multiple projects including AstraZeneca, Simmons College, MA College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, Transkaryotic Therapies, Suffolk University Law School, Harvard University, Williams College and Atlas Investment Group.

Brian holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors license and involves himself with several industry-related associations and affiliations, including Association of Independent Schools In New England, Association of Higher Education Facilities & Officers, CoreNet, International Facilities Management Association, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and The Society for College and University Planning.
