As a Director of Preconstruction Services, Timothy Rielly is responsible for coordination and managing the resources during the design/preconstruction phase for design, estimating, scheduling, value engineering and material procurement for projects.

Mr. Rielly has the primary responsibility for ensuring that resources during design and/or preconstruction remain on schedule, within budget and reflect the quality to satisfy and exceed the needs and expectations of the client. Specifically, he oversees the prequalification process of the subcontractor selection, preliminary scheduling, cost estimating, value engineering and procurement of long lead items.

Mr. Rielly has significant professional experience in conceptual and detail estimates, scheduling and managing all phases of the planning, design development and construction processes. Timothy has 32+ years of construction experience, involved primarily with, commercial, retail & industrial, healthcare and mission critical facilities.
