Karen Van Riper
Accounting & HR Manager

As Accounting Manager for J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Karen offers over twenty-five years of construction accounting experience. She oversees a staff of four project accountants as well as managing payroll staff. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day accounting operations, all project cost accounting and office administration. Karen oversees the Timberline accounting system and works closely with the CFO/Controller.

As Human Resource Manager, Karen is our primary contact for all questions regarding human resource issues.

Karen is a member of the senior management team as well as a member of the philanthropic committee, JCares. She is a member of several industry-related associations and affiliations, including Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and National Association of Women In Construction.
