Construction Management Firm Builds Out 50,000 SF for Global Pharmaceutical Leader

4/23/2007, Wilmington, MA -- J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., one of New England’s leading construction management firms specializing in world-class pre-construction services and challenging construction projects, announced today that recently it has started construction of 50,000-square-feet of shell space for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals located at 200 Ballardvale Road, Wilmington, MA in collaboration with the architect, ADD, Inc and engineer RDK Engineers. The end project will be office space having a space density of approximately 50/50 office to open area.

The Quincy-based construction management firm has been providing services for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals for nearly five years. “We are looking forward to working with the Wyeth team on this exciting project,” says John J.
