Construction Management Firm Builds 50,000 SF Office for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals

2/26/2008, Quincy, MA -- J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., one of New England’s leading construction management firms specializing in world-class pre-construction services and challenging construction projects, announced today that it recently completed construction of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals’ new administration office located in Wilmington. This office build-out was a collaborative effort between the owner’s representative, Jones Lang LaSalle; architect, ADD, Inc; construction manager, J. Calnan & Associates; and engineer, RDK Engineers.

The 50,000 square-foot corporate office features glass walls in the board room and conference rooms, accented ceiling soffits throughout; and a cherry wood paneled reception area. There are approximately 128 offices, 10 open office cubicle areas and added specialty rooms for a seminar/presentation and a mother’s room. Specialty finishes include cork in the elevator lobby, static dissipative materials for communication infrastructure rooms, solid-surface Zodiaq materials, aluminum frames, fabric panels and hardwood doors.
