Construction Management Firm Promotes Associates

Stephen Robak has been promoted to project executive, Dan Charest and Eric Persichetti have been promoted to project managers.

As project executive, Stephen Robak will be one of the primary contacts at the executive level. He will be responsible for key assignments of the construction management team and monitor their performance to the client’s satisfaction. His supportive role to the project team adds value for critical strategic decision-making suggestions in project delivery, budgets, design reviews, pre-construction and the establishment of final contractual arrangements and obligations. Mr. Robak has a background of nearly 20 years in construction management in the local market, in providing high-level peer reviews and project monitoring to ensure program integrity.

Project managers, Dan Charest and Eric Persichetti will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project from preliminary planning through completion and occupancy. Their responsibilities include the supervision of staff and subcontractors, trade coordination, logistics, safety planning, requisition review and approval, financial status, budget reports, punch lists and quality control.
