J. Calnan & Associates’ Special Projects Division (SPD) is responsible for the daily development and operations of a project including construction planning, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, safety, and construction implementation.
Our SPD team will meet our client’s construction needs no matter how small. SPD projects last anywhere from a few days to a few months and from minor changes to full-scale renovations - no job is considered too small and all jobs are treated with the same JC&A commitment. SPD also provides the same outstanding attention to detail that all JC&A clients receive, including working in occupied spaces.
